Divorce Mediation

Mediation- a less adversarial approach to divorce

With the high cost and the emotional toll of a drawn out divorce, couples are looking for an
alternative way to resolve the issues surrounding the dissolution of their marriage.  Mediation
is a way to accomplish both.

By using mediation, the couple decides the outcome and has an active role in the divorce process.
Both parties have the opportunity to be heard and design a mutually agreed upon settlement in
a private, informal setting.  Mediation time is usually quicker which helps the parties move on
faster with their new lives.
I have seen so much success in families that have used a divorce mediator!  This can not only be
beneficial emotionally but financially as well. Although my referral, Nadia Pazos below is in Weston, FL she is available in surrounding counties as well.  I cannot say enough about Nadia.  She is warm, caring just wonderful and a talented attorney as well! Click on the tabs to learn more about mediation and coaching.
Click on the tab under divorce with Nadia's name and you will learn more about her firm and attorneys and and information about how they work.
